Cleaning is done manually.
You will need to remove the lid from the trap to dispose of the grease correctly.
You will always need to manually clean the trap and sediment basket if the grease trap has one. Enzyme treatments such as the L100 can be used to help with maintenance of the trap, but this cant be used on its own, manual cleaning will be required.
