If your Frozy Machine is not producing enough ice, it could be one of a few issues.
Before you fill in a warranty form, please check the metal sensor inside the ice bin.
The metal sensor may have liquid or ice touching it which causes the machine to believe the ice bin is full.
Simply wipe the sensor down with a clean cloth and the machine should begin to work again.

Another quick fix to fill your ice bin starts with checking the water reservoir.
If the water reservoir does not have enough water inside, the pump cannot provide sufficient water pressure.
Add more water to the plastic level shown near the back inside of the reservoir.
